Chapter 33- Canterwood Sasha & Chapter 34-Heather's Confession

It was the night of the Winter Party and Sasha was getting ready! She was leaving the dorm and heading for the stables. The decorations looked amazing! Everyone was dancing and looked like they were having the time of their lives! She met up with Callie and Paige and they started looking for Jacob. When she saw them he had a huge smile on his face! He asked her to dance, and Sasha had her first slow dance ever! She was the happiest girl in the world!

Right when the dance was about to end Heather came up to Sasha. She apologized for everything mean she had done to Sasha. She told her she wanted to be friends. And Sasha accepted the offer.

Chapter 31- You Don't Suck & Chapter 32-And The Advanced Team Is...

The next day, Sasha ran into Julia in the stables. They had an honest conversation, almost as if they weren't enemies. Julia was worried she wouldn't make the team. Julia had told Sasha that she didn't suck. That she wasn't bad. That really boosted up Sasha's confidence! She was proud of herself, and maybe, Julia and Sasha would actually end up being friends.

Later that day, was the test grades.
Mr. Conner would be announcing who made the Advanced team and who would have to try again next year. The Advanced team was... Heather, Julia, Alison, Callie and Sasha! Sasha was overwhelmed with joy! After the announcement the new Advanced team was called into Mr. Conner's office. They were given team jackets! Now instead of being worst enemies, they would have to be a team, and work together.

Chapter 29- Listen to Other People's Conversations Much? & Chapter 30-Bittersweet Almost-Victory

The next day she woke up with an interrupting phone call. It was her mom calling to say she missed Sasha. They chatted for a bit and then hung up the phone. Sasha made herself get out of bed and check IM. Jacob had replied and said that he would be coming to the party! Sasha was so happy! She quickly got ready, and headed for school. On her way she overheard Alison and Julia talking about Heather. They said she might have to leave because of her grades. Then they caught her listening and yelled at Sasha. When she got to her Science class her teacher had handed her back her test grade. She got an A! She had finally gotten used to the hard classes here!

Later that day she was talking to Callie about Heather. Heather had recently gotten worse, and Sasha thought it was because of her dad. She knew he was really strict on her and she was under a lot of pressure. Then Callie told Sasha that she heard Heather was leaving for sure! She would be packing and gone soon! Their chances of making the advanced team had dramatically increased!

Chapter 27- A Well Deserved Walk & Chapter 28- One Big Question and a Little Party Planning

The day after her test Sasha felt so bad she stayed home almost all day. Then Paige convinced her to go see Charm. Sasha felt bad how she hadn't seen Charm all day so she went! While she was there a girl named Nicole asked Sasha if she wanted to ride a trail. Sasha said sure, she needed to get out of this funk.

The next day Sasha finally got the nerve to ask Jacob if he would come to her Winter Party. She was to nervous to immediately hear his answer so she quickly logged off of IM. Then Callie, Paige and she went to go decorate the stables for the party. She was willing to do anything to get Heather and the test off her mind.

Chapter 25- The Only Ones Sleeping & Chapter 26- Not Even Luck Will Help You Now

Today was a riding meeting! They met to discuss the Advanced team testing tomorrow! Sasha was very worried but she thought she had a pretty good chance!

It was Sasha's turn to test, and she was mounted on Charm ready to ride. They had to accomplish many jumps and a few extra things as well. Sasha had been doing very well and she was completely perfect! Until Heather ran by the arena screaming to Mr. Conner. Sasha knew she had done it on purpose. Sasha and Charm stumbled over the last jump because of the interruption. Sasha was very mad at Heather that's something she could never forgive her for.

Chapter 23-Mr. Conner's Not-So-Secret Hiding Spot & Chapter 24- Gotta Get a Good Grade

The next day after class, Sasha called Callie to ask what was going on. Callie said that she left a note on Sasha's door and that it said to meet her for a riding practice that day. Sasha hadn't gotten the note so she didn't know if she should believe it or not. On her was to meet Callie she had to stop by Mr. Conner's office to check on the party supplies. On her way there, she saw Callie practicing in Mr. Conner's special ring. Sasha knew Callie wasn't supposed to be there and Callie did too, but she was sure they wouldn't get caught. What Sasha also wondered was why Callie had gotten there so much earlier that she told Sasha to. Sasha was now getting worried!

They next day, Sasha and Paige were walking out of their Math class, discussing how easy the big test was. Sasha was sure she aced it! On the way to her Science class she ran into Jacob! He said that the Science test was easy! And after the test, Sasha agreed!

Chapter 21- It's Not About Friendship & Chapter 22-The S.I.N.G Technique Is Good for Lots of Things

Today was the day that Mr. Conner was going to announce to host of the Winter Party! The Winter Party was a party for all of the riders at Canterwood and the host would have to be in charge of everything! Sasha really hoped she would get assigned the job! And she did! It put a lot of pressure on her but she knew she was ready for it! That day at the stables Sasha saw Callie practicing without her. Then Heather came up to Sasha and told her that Callie was trying to beat her and that she wasn't Sasha's friend. Sasha thought about it and then got upset. She thought Callie was her friend, but maybe Heather was right.

In Film class the next day they had just watched a movie, Jurassic Park! Sasha said she was about to use her S.I.N.G technique! Solar Plexus, instep, nose, and groin! She though she would have to beat up some dinosaurs! Jacob asked her if she would teach it to him and she gladly agreed!

Chapter 19- Meet the Parkers & Chapter 20-Sometimes, Even Blond Smurfs Play Nice, but Only Sometimes

Sasha was greeted with a great big hug from Paige's mom in the dining room! It had been transformed with art on the walls and it was very crowded! Paige's parents were so nice! Sasha's parents and Paige's parents got along perfectly! They chatted for a little while and then the parents had to say their goodbyes. Sasha had a really good time with them and couldn't wait to see them again.

It was Halloween night and there was an auction on the miniature ponies. The goal was to get them dressed up as fancy as possible and sell all of them! Callie and Sasha were partners and they had decided to dress their pony up in a fairy costume! They made the pony beautiful and then Heather came marching in with a big glare on her face! Sasha and Callie had no idea there was a sign up sheet and Heather had signed up for the fairy costume! They had to start all over and dress up their pony as a leprechaun! Their pony ended up selling for the most and they felt very accomplished!

Chapter 17-Sassy Silver Scored Big & Chapter 18-The Foxes and the Silvers: One Big, Unhappy Family

Parents day was a week away and Sasha was ready. She missed her family so much. In Film class the next day, she was talking to Jacob and he asked her if she wanted to go out for ice cream. She accepted the invitation and off they went! Sasha ended up ordering Mint Chocolate Chip with Caramel sauce (that's Canterwood's School Colors!). After the date Sasha went right back to her dorm to tell Paige all about it!

That week raced by very quickly! Now it was Parents Day! Sasha was showing her parents around the barn when she found Charm's stall but it was empty! Sasha raced all over and then found Heather and Charm in a stall all the way across the barn! Heather had moved him to trick Sasha! Sasha went and told Mr. Conner and right as she was telling him Heather's parents were already in the room! So they heard too! Heather was called into the office and she said that it was just a little trick she plays on all of the new girls when they come. What a lie. Sasha just let it go because she knew that Mr. Conner wouldn't believe her. Later before they were meeting Paige's family for dinner, she confessed that Heather has been bugging her this whole time! She told them to not do anything! She wasn't going to let Heather stop her!

Chapter 15-Charm Gets a New 'Do & Chapter 16- Two Blue Ribbons, Four Girls, and Some Serious Attitude

It was the day of the competition and everyone was loading up their trailers and getting ready to leave Canterwood. They were loading their horses into the trailers and Sasha's horse had to go in a trailer with Heather's. Once they got to the performing arena Sasha went to take her horse and Charm's mane was gone! Heather's horse had bitten it and ripped it all off! Sasha didn't have a lot of time to fix it so she quickly braided what was left and left to go to the arena. She and Charm did perfectly in their division! Hopefully that would give her a blue ribbon.

At the awards ceremony Sasha was up against two other people, Alex and Julia. The winner ended up being Julia. Sasha was very upset that she didn't win but she knew she would try harder and maybe win next time!

Chapter 13-The New Sasha & Chapter 14-Jacob Loves...Cotton Candy

Sasha was on her weekend brake and she was at home. While back in her home town, she wanted to visit her old riding school Briar Creek. While she was there she met with her old instructor Kim. Sasha had loved it there, but Kim had told her that she was ready for bigger and better things! After chatting a while longer Sasha left knowing that Kim was right. This was her chance to shine!

On Monday after Sasha got back from the break, she was in Film Class. They were assigned to watch a movie and write a response paper. Sasha and Jacob were both assigned the Titanic. They made a plan to help with each other's papers!

Chapter 12- I Don't Want Your Stupid Sweatshirt

It was Saturday and Sasha and Heather were cleaning out the stalls. They got into a little fight. Heather asked why Sasha even came here. Heather was under a lot of pressure because of her parents expectations and she really could not use not making the advanced team. Sasha told her that she was the best at her old school and that she wasn't leaving. Then Mr. Conner walked in and interrupted the conversation. They got back to cleaning and then Sasha had a mishap with the hose and sprayed water all over Heather! Heather was super mad and Sasha offered up her sweatshirt, Heather rejected her offer and left. Sasha laughed because she new Heather was mad. She called Paige immediately to tell her all the details!

Chapter 11-He Smelled My Lip Gloss

After that adventure, Sasha had her first film class. When she got into the class she got excited. There were video games, computers, and a big room with chairs and a large television screen. She sat down and started writing down the things on the board. Then someone sat down next to her. It was Jacob! Whenever Sasha gets nervous, she uses her lip gloss. She put on S'mores smelling gloss. Jacob asked what that smell was. Sasha was really hoping what he was smelling wasn't horse. He told her it smelled like chocolate. Phew! She took out her lip gloss and showed him what it was. They laughed and then the teacher started talking. He introduced himself as Mr. Ramirez the 7th grade Film teacher. And then went straight into watching a movie. In the end they discussed it and Sasha was very happy she chose that class.

When Sasha got back to the room she told Paige everything that happened. They went straight online to look for lip gloss scents boys would like. She didn't buy many, but she did buy some.

Chapter 10- Who's Afraid of a Little Friendly Competition?

Sasha and Charm were in the arena practicing their jumps when Heather and her horse came in. Heather was jumping and ignoring Sasha. Heather was going so quickly that she ran into Charm and Sasha. When Mr. Conner saw what happened he wasn't very pleased. When he asked what had happened Heather blamed it all on Sasha. Sasha wasn't one to complain so she just left it. They were assigned to muck out horse stalls together on Saturday morning. After the horses were put away and locked up, Callie offered to take Sasha out for smoothies. Sasha had come to the conclusion that no one could ever possibly scare her into leaving.

Chapter 9-F is for Friday

It was the Friday of Sasha's first week of school, and she was relieved that she made it. Sasha needed to pick an elective so she was waiting for Ms. Utz (the counselor). as she was sitting in the waiting room someone sat down next to her. It turns out it was the cute boy she saw earlier. He introduced himself as Jacob and he was there to fix a mess up on his schedule. They talked for a little while and then Sasha was called in. She picked Film as her elective. She thought that if she liked movies that she would like the class.

After leaving the office she was late for riding practice. Mr. Conner said that his policy for being late was that everyone would have to do everything on their feet. Everyone was mad at her, except Callie. Then they worked on strengthening the horses sides. They worked on that and Mr. Conner said that Charm was perfectly balanced.
